For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• All fishing baits (Crankbaits, Creature & Craw Baits, Finesse Baits, Grub Baits, Hard Baits, Frogs)
• Personal items (Gloves, Gaiters)
• Any equipment showing signs of use, wear, or improper handling

4.1 Order Process

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order.

4.3 Pricing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

5.2 Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): via DHL or FedEx, delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: via EMS for orders over $50, delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

5.3 International Orders

We ship worldwide (excluding certain Asian and remote regions). International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or other charges imposed by their country’s regulations.

5.4 Delivery Issues

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of shipment for assistance.

6.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most unused items in their original packaging with all tags attached. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

6.2 Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Wait for our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

6.3 Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Fishing Gear Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Any products purchased through our site
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Any third-party conduct on our website

Our maximum liability for any claim related to our products or services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.
