International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding certain Asian and remote regions). Please note that additional customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following fishing products:

Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Affix the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you’re responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once received, our team will inspect the returned items within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive an email notification when:

  • Your refund has been processed (for returns)
  • Your exchange item has been shipped (for exchanges)

Refund Information

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement item via your original shipping method once the return is approved.
  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference; if lower value, we’ll refund the difference.

Defective or Incorrect Items
