We ship worldwide to most countries (excluding some remote areas in Asia and other locations). During checkout, you’ll see if we can deliver to your address.

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping: Via EMS on orders over $50 (15-25 business days after dispatch)
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (3 days during peak seasons).
How are fishing rods packaged for shipping?
We specially package all rods in protective tubes to ensure safe transit. Please note rod tubes may extend slightly beyond standard package dimensions in some regions, but we’ve never had a rod arrive damaged using our packaging method.
What if my package is delayed?
While most deliveries arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays can occur, especially with international shipments. If your package is significantly delayed, contact us with your order number at [email protected] and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
Will I have to pay customs fees?
Customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare all packages accurately as “Fishing Equipment” to facilitate smooth customs clearance.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached. Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return and receive authorization.
How do I return an item?

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  3. Include a copy of your invoice or packing slip
  4. Ship the package to our return address (we’ll provide this when you request authorization)
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.
